Mortgage Information

Any mortgage that is presently registered against the title to your property will have to be paid out and
discharged on the closing date. We will need to write to your mortgage lender(s) and request them to
provide us with a discharge statement relating to the mortgage(s). For each mortgage registered on
title, please provide us with the mortgage reference/account number. You can find the mortgage
reference/account number on a recent mortgage statement that you have received from the mortgage lender(s).
If you have a line of credit, it may be secured by a mortgage registered against the title to your property.
